What is the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports companies in adopting IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes. Companies wishing to boost overall effectiveness and efficiency can benefit from leveraging on this support.

What is SFEC?

Eligible employers under the SFEC will receive a one-time S$10,000 credit to cover a maximum of 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives.

Are you Eligible for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore.
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore.
  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; with Company‘s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, OR less than 200 employers (for selected solutions only).

Are you Eligible for SFEC?

SMEs can qualify for an additional subsidy under the Skills Future Enterprise Credits (SFEC) scheme if they have:

  • Contributed at least S$750 Skills Development Levy over the qualifying period.
  • Employed at least three Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Permanent Residents (PRs) every month over the same period.
  • Not previously been qualified for SFEC at any of the earlier periods.

  • What does the PSG grant cover?

    Once applications have been approved and service rendered has been completed, eligible companies can claim up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs and receive up to $30,000 and improve business productivity.

    They will also get support for sector-specific and generic solutions that are pre-approved by EnterpriseSG and other participating agencies.

  • How to apply for PSG grant?

    1. Before processing your application, make sure to prepare the necessary documents by referring to the PSG Application Checklist.

    2. Visit the GoBusiness Gov Assist website to access the list of supportable solutions. Find out which relevant solution best suits your business needs. QuickHR can be found via the following links:

    3. Get direct quotations from your chosen Pre-Approved PSG Vendor or Consultant.

    For IT solutions: Get a quotation from the pre-approved vendor.

    After choosing the solution based on your headcount from the GoBusiness Gov Assist website, please reach out to us at sales@quickhr.co and we’ll send you a pre-approved quotation!

    For equipment: Source the equipment and get a quotation from the vendor.

    Notes:

    • The organisation should NOT have signed any contract or made any payment before submitting the PSG application.
    • Make sure that the IT solutions and vendors must be pre-qualified under the grant.

    4. Sign in to your Corppass account to transact on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) then submit your application. Sign up if you don’t have a Corppass account yet. You may refer to these guides, Corppass user guide and BGP step-by-step-guide, if you need any help.

    5. Once you’ve submitted your application, you should receive an update on your application within 6 weeks after submitting all the requirements.

    Keep in mind that incomplete applications will be rejected. However, you may still reapply with all the required information.

  • How much is the PSG grant support level?

    From 1 April 2023 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 50%.

  • What is the annual grant cap for PSG grant?

    For the PSG grant, each company is subject to a yearly grant maximum of S$30,000, which begins on 1st April and ends on 31st March the following year.

  • How long is the PSG grant approval process?

    The processing time of applications is about 6 weeks from the submission of all required Information.

    It’s highly encouraged to submit the applications ahead of time to account for the application outcome and/or processing duration required.

    Note: Due to the large number of grant applications submitted, you may encounter a longer processing time than usual. To check on the status of your application, you may visit the Business Grants Portal.

  • How do I accept a letter of offer from PSG?

    1 .The acceptor of a company can login to the company’s Business Grants Portal account. Click on the ‘Updates Required’ tab on ‘My Grants’ page.

    2. Click on the ‘Letters And Documents’ section to access the Letter Of Offer (LOF).

    3. Download and read the LOF, then click ‘Accept’ to accept the terms of the digital marketing PSG grant.

  • How many times can I apply for PSG grant?

    Organisations are allowed to submit more than one PSG application each year, depending on business needs.

    However, take note that the financial assistance can only be extended for one package per solution category and per deployment location.

  • Claiming Process for Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

  • How do I claim the PSG grant?

    You can submit claims for reimbursement by submitting all the required claim documents on the Business Grants Portal. Please ensure that your HR solution:

    • is purchased or subscribed as approved in the application
    • has been used for 30 days
    • has been paid in full
  • How many claims can a company submit per application?

    There can only be one claim per approved application. Disbursements can only be made after the claims have been approved.

  • What is the processing time for PSG grant claims disbursement?

    Claims are processed within 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required details.

    It’s also encouraged to submit your claim after the digital solution has been fully deployed. This is to provide documents that’ll show the use of the solution for at least one month.

    Remember that incomplete submissions will cause delays. If your company has submitted your GIRO form, funds will be disbursed in up to 14 working days from the date of claim approval.

  • How will the PSG grant disbursement take place?

    From 1 February 2023, funds will be disbursed through PayNow Corporate. You are encouraged to register for PayNow Corporate with your UEN through your respective banks. You can submit your details through FormSG. Access the ESG GIRO form
