QuickHR is an IMDA-approved HR solution capable of issuing meaningful HR reports such as CPF, IR8A, General Ledger and more.
Enhanced includes everything in the Essentials plan, plus accounting software integration with QuickBooks and Xero, access to the mobile app (Android and iOS) for every employee and employer, Timesheet with Roster, Attendance Tracking, an Inventory Management System for assigning and tracking equipment, and workflow approvals for various submissions.
Enterprise includes everything in the Essentials and Enhanced plans, plus biometric machines to streamline attendance tracking, QuickHR Kiosk with facial recognition to speed up clock-in and clock-out, an Appraisal feature with flexible and multiple formats, an e-learning module to support employee training, and Recruitment to help select the best applicants.

QuickHR offers two levels of access: Admin and Users. HR Managers or relevant department heads can log in with their account as Super Admin, which allows them to reach employer-only modules such as employees’ information, payroll and more. An employee login gives access to their own dashboard, leaves, claims and reports.
No. QuickHR is a cloud-based HR solution which is not bound to any system, so no installations are required. Just like Gmail, there’s no limit to the number of devices connected to QuickHR. All you need is a device with an internet connection to reach the QuickHR portal at https://sg.quickhr.co/
QuickHR is compatible with Windows, Mac and other popular operating systems. The mobile application is also available on Google Play Store for Android devices, the App Store for iOS devices and Huawei AppGallery for Huawei devices.

Yes, you can. Go to the Leaves module, where you can apply for leave, check your leave application status, view all available holidays in your company and see your remaining leave balance.
Go to the Claims module and click on Apply. From there, select your claims type, claims description, amount and claims date, then upload the attachment for your employer’s perusal. QuickHR has its data hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the largest cloud provider in the world. It is a cloud infrastructure with multi-tier encryption. This means that data in the underlying storage is encrypted, as are the automated backups, snapshots and replicas.
All incoming and outgoing data are encrypted to prevent data leakage or hacking. After official handover, the only party with access to viewable data would be the user company itself as well as its staff who have been granted access. Neither QuickHR staff nor Amazon Co. will be able to access the data without authorized access.
As at 2017, AWS had its infrastructure spread across the globe with 44 recorded zones including Singapore. AWS has self-healing storage built for the cloud that replicates six copies of each item of data across three zones, with daily automatic backups. In the event that the company involved requires a backup or rollback, QuickHR is capable of retrieving it. As QuickHR is based in Singapore, all backups are hosted on Amazon’s cloud database in Singapore.
