  • What does QuickHR offer?

    QuickHR offers HR management modules such as Employee Database, Leave Management, Claim Management, Payroll Management, Timesheets and Attendance. It is also supported with a mobile app available on both Android and iOS devices. Our HRMS software is also fully integrated with our Thermal Biometric Device as well as QuickHR Kiosk.

  • What are the pricing plans like?

    QuickHR offers three plans at the moment: Essentials, Enhanced, and Enterprise.


    Recommended for companies who are looking for a comprehensive and low-cost solution to run their HR department. Users can enjoy a cohesive Employee Database Organizer, Leave Management, Claims Management, Payroll and Reports.

    QuickHR is an IRAS-approved HR solution that is capable of issuing meaningful HR reports such as CPF, IR8A, General Ledger and more.


    Companies can enjoy this plan which includes everything mentioned in the Basic plan with the following additions:

    • Accounting software integration with QuickBooks and Xero
    • Access to mobile app (Android and iOS) for every employee and employer
    • Timesheet (with Roster)
    • Attendance Tracking.
    • Inventory Management System for assigning and tracking of equipment to monitor information such as date of issue and date of return.
    • Workflow approvals for various submissions.


    Companies can enjoy this plan which includes everything mentioned in the Basic and Enterprise plans with the following additions:

    • Biometric Machines to simplify and streamline attendance tracking processes.
    • QuickHR Kiosk with facial recognition technology to simply and speed up Clock-In and Clock-Out processes.
    • Appraisal feature with flexible and multiple formats.
    • E-learning module to help with employee training and on-the-job learning.
    • Recruitment to help select the best applicants to vacant roles.
    • Expenses Tracking to aid in keeping spending budgets within their limits.
    • Feedback system to assist in monitoring, maintaining and improving employee relations.
    • Polling to assist in making holistic workplace decisions.

  • What other fees do I have to pay for if I use QuickHR?

  • How can I sign up for a free trial?

    You can send your contact details to and our consultants will create an account for you immediately. Do note that all trials are only available for Basic version.

  • How long can I enjoy the free trial for?

    The free trial is made available for users for a duration of 14 days starting from the account creation date.

  • Is this HR software for employees or for HR Managers?

    QuickHR offers two access- Admin and Users. HR Managers or relevant department heads can login with their account as Super Admin and this function would then allow them to gain access to employers-only modules such as employees’ information, payroll and more. Employee login would give them access to view their dashboard, leaves, claims and reports.

  • Do I need to download any software to access QuickHR?

    No. QuickHR is a cloud-based HR solution which is not bound to any system so no installations are required. Just like Gmail, there’s no limitations to the number of devices connected to QuickHR. All you need is a device with internet connectivity that can give you access to the QuickHR portal on

  • What devices can I access QuickHR with?

    QuickHR is compatible with Windows, Mac and other popular operating systems. The mobile application is also available on Google Playstore for Android devices and App Store for iOS devices.

  • How many users can access QuickHR at once?

    There are no user or devices limitations.

  • How secure is QuickHR?

    QuickHR has its data hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the largest cloud provider in the world. It is a cloud infrastructure with multi-tier encryption. This means that data in the underlying storage is encrypted, as are the automated backups, snapshots and replicas.

  • Who can see my data?

    All incoming and outgoing data are encrypted to prevent data leakage or hacking. After official handover, the only party with access to viewable data would be the user company itself as well as its staff who have been granted access. Neither QuickHR staff nor Amazon Co. will be able to access the data without authorized access.

  • Where are my backups?

    As at 2017, AWS has its infrastructure spread across the globe with 44 recorded zones including Singapore. AWS has a self-healing storage built for the cloud that replicates six copies of each data across three zones with daily automatic backups. In the event where the involved company require a backup or rollback, QuickHR is capable of retrieving it.

    As QuickHR is based in Singapore, all backups would be hosted on Amazon’s cloud database in Singapore.

    QuickHR is the brainchild of Singapore incorporated firm Enable Business Pte Ltd. It is based locally and supported by a team of dedicated consultants and customer support agents to help your company boost efficiency.

  • What languages is QuickHR available in?

    QuickHR is currently operational in English and Mandarin. However, we do issue itemized pay slips in the four national languages: English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.
